All reservations are subject to the following cancellation policies:
 

Monthly Reservations:

• $400 security deposit required to secure the reservation. Deposit is fully refundable up to the said cancellation period after which it will be subject to cancellation policies as outlined below. Remaining deposit will be refunded after guest vacates the unit and the accommodation has been checked for any loss or damages

• Full payment in the amount equal to 1 months rent is due at the time of the reservation if less than 30 days prior to reservation date

Cancellation period - within 30 days of said reservation date

In the event you wish to cancel your reservation, your rental fee
will be subject to the following cancellation periods and policies.
This also applies to all reservations made within the cancellation period

• Fully refundable up to 30 (& including) days prior to reservation date

• 75% refundable up to 21 (& including) days prior to reservation date

• 50% refundable up to (& including) 14 days prior to reservation date

• 25% refundable up to (& including) 5 days prior to reservation date

• non refundable if cancelled within 4 days of reservation date, or at any
  time during the reserved time frame unless unit is re-rented - see below

• In the event full payment is not made by the required date and reservation
  enters cancellation period, guest will forfeit deposit

• Guests reserving accommodation for longer than 1 month will be
  subject to the terms & stipulations in the rental agreement

Please note that if a monthly rental is cancelled within the first 4 days of the reservation period and we are able to re-rent the unit during the time period set aside for the original reservation, guest will receive a 50% refund. However this applies only if the unit can be re-rented and there is no loss of income due to the cancellation.

Nightly & Weekly Reservations:

• Full payment is required at the time of reservation 

• Fully refundable up to 14 days prior to reservation date

• 75% refundable up to 7 days prior to reservation date

• Weekly rates are 50% refundable up to 3 days prior to reservation date

• Weekly rates are non refundable if cancelled within 2 days of reservation
  date or any time thereafter

• Nightly bookings - guest will be charged a minimum of 1 nights stay if cancelled within
  7 days of reservation or 2 nights stay if cancelled on or after date of reservation

The above mentioned policies do not apply to Corporate Members. Please see your individual contracts for cancellation policies
